Out of Hand uses Paypal to process our orders. Paypal is the leader in secure online payment processing. In order to experience a smooth shopping experience, please have your browser preferences set to accept cookies.

Product Availability:
At Out of Hand, we strive to have products in stock and ready to ship when you order. However, most of our pieces are handmade artisan products, and quantities may be limited. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you and provide and expected ship date. If the date is unacceptable, please contact us at itsoutofhand@sbcglobal.net. We’ll be glad to suggest an alternative.

Our Guarantee:
Out of Hand is proud to offer exceptional products. If an item fails to meet your expectations, simply return it and we will replace or exchange the item immediately, or we will refund the full price of the item. Please note: (1) items that have been personalized cannot be returned unless there is a shipment error or manufacturing defect, and (2) personal care products that have been opened cannot be returned.

Returning Merchandise:

Please do not mail without postage, since we cannot accept COD packages.
Please make sure that your package is insured.
Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping and Handling: Our Shipping Dept. will be closed until January 20, 2008.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours and arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Some items are shipped directly from the artisan or vendor and may take slightly longer.

Out of Hand ships anywhere in the continental United States. Orders shipped outside of California will not be taxed.

Shipping Rates:
Up to $50 -- $7.95
$51 to $100 -- $12.95
$101 to $150 -- $16.95
$151 to $200 -- $20.95
Over $200 -- $25.95

Sales Tax:
Orders shipped to California will have sales tax automatically added during the checkout process.

Refunds on Shipping and Handling:
Refunds on shipping and handling are given only when an item is incorrectly shipped or when it arrives defective or damaged.

Security:
Out of Hand uses PayPal to process our online sales transactions, and PayPal uses a broad range of industry-leading security measures including secure server (SSL) encryption to safeguard all of your personal information.

Privacy:
Out of Hand will never share your email address with anyone. You may opt out of our emailing list at any time by going to the mailing list page and clicking the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the form.
