The unique salad servers are made of wild olivewood from Africa. The artisans who have crafted them are part of the Green Belt Movement, a group organized by Wangari Maarhai, 2004 Nobel Peace Prize Winner and founder Green Belt Movement, who mobilizes millions of individual citizens in every country to plant trees, prevent soil loss, harvest rain water, and practice less destructive forms of agriculture.
